How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within three days of your order, and then take 5 to 9 days to reach your doorstep. Detailed shipping times can found in our shipping policy page

What’s your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if done 2 hours after you purchased.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order – if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered when you checked out then simply notify us with a picture of the product at our email address. We will sent you another one.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange give sent us the email and we will accommodate based on scenario.

How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

Do you ship internationally?

I received a damaged item, what do i do?

We apologize that your shipment didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number and picture. We will replace the order please send us the images on our email address.
